The windows are so dark tinted you can't even see in the bed but some people would break the glass to see what's in there. Thankfully I don't live in a place like that but I'm sure there's knuckleheads everywhere that will try.

Actually you might be able to adapt the security screen with some standoffs and stainless hardware. The only problem is you have to drill holes in your smartcap.

@OffroadAlliance.com I'm still debating holding out for a Sport for the second gen but was checking your site again. It looks like for the other model the Pre-order went from $100 to $500, but the free shipping is back. Is that accurate?

Ordered mine in March along with table and load bars. Cap came in June, Table in July and load bars not yet.

I hope the unrest in South Africa doesn't cause more delays.

The 2nd Gen delivery dates have been pushed back. Current ETA's are December/January for the Adventure series. The deposit amount is now $500 and shipping is not free. We held out as long as we could, but shipping rates have dramatically risen. We're still covering a good chunk of the cost, but can't cover all of it.

PM me if there's anything else I can do.

Personally, I would go with the black one and then you get that stormtrooper look.....

I do like the black but white is available and black is long back ordered. Plus the only difference it seems between the Adventure model is no side door mole panels but has back window mesh.

I thought about going that route as well but figured the two whites (Super White vs. whatever the RSI is) would likely clash just enough to be annoying and therefore better to go with black. And so I am in the endless waiting camp lol.

I’m thinking about the commercial version as well. I live in AZ and it’s going to cook inside the black topper. I’m considering vinyl wrapping it but that is just more expensive. I prefer function over fashion but damn the black would really good on my white truck. It’s going to be hard decision.
