Completed all chrome deletes except the steering emblem over this past week.

• Install black Meso vent rings
• Install black Meso dual climate rings
• Install OEM black interior door handles
• Repaint OEM shift boot collar and cupholder surround to match gunmetal trim
• Make custom boot collar to shorten shift boot and paint to match gunmetal trim (didn't like the volcano look of the original tall boot)

Last thing is to get a TRD shifter to throw on there and maybe hit the shifter rod with scotch brite to knock down the sheen.

Had ceramic tint installed yesterday. About middle of the road cost-wise, but what a huge difference.

What % front and rear?

 

Added the grille, shackles, and painted the stock skid plate.

 

I love the look! Is it legal to tint the windshield that much where you are? I skipped the windshield for now where I am but was just recommended to go with 70% to avoid failing inspection / not get pulled over in MA

 

Left the rears as is - 35% on the front.

 

It's illegal to tint below the AS-1 line on the windshield here in FL. If you look closely, you'll see that on your windshield, near the A-pillar, about 4-4 inches from the roofline. You can have a clear UV-block on there though.

My buddy years ago had his windshield tinted like 20% and lived in Connecticut got pulled over often lol He said it was hard to see at night some times...i wonder why lol

 

Even 15% is hard to see out at night. I've got one of the cars tinted and often have to roll down the drivers/passenger window when making turns.
