Anyone here messed with this tensioner? I have a clunk when my weight shifts mid turn.
I've already replaced inner/outer TRE's and went with poly bushings for the rack mount.
Cams are tight and ball joints are good.
Only other thing I haven't replaced is the passenger side wheel bearing.

Clean her up, before undoing anything and then pull out the slider, inspect, re-grease, and pop back in. Tighten up but note that little adjustments make a big diff.

I did this on my truck and it got rid of a cluck i had when i was going straight over small bumps.

Has anybody had wheel bearings that clunk from side loading? I can't seem to replicate the clunk with the truck jacked up or shaking it side to side. Seems to only happen when I circle a round about or a hard left turn for example

Is there a tool available to spin that cap? I think I might have to make something with keystock.
    Or a notched pipe

It's good! When I replaced the bushings it was in good shape. Fully seated and torqued.

    SOLVED!
It turns out that it was my rear shackle bushing shifting. I got the wife to do some figure 8s around me. Being outside the vehicle, I was able to isolate it to the rear. I put a pry bar in the shackle and was able to re create the pop. A bunch of penetrating oil is keeping it quiet until I go with hammer hangars or a shackle flip!
