I do the same with mine against the wall in the garage. I just used some screw hooks into the studs and a ratchet strap to secure it.

 

I use one from MEC. I love it! Packs away the same size of a camp chair, only slightly longer.

I mean the plastic ones are reasonably priced and indestructible. Hard to beat.

 

I have one of those roll up fold up tables and love it. Only issue is if it's windy out everything on top slides around easily (had the same issue with plastic fold up tables too) so I might spray the top of mine with a rubber coating or something. Another issue I had was rigidity of the slat table top when I had my blackstone portable griddle on it - it sagged in the middle pretty bad.

I use this one. Pretty cheap and folds in half. Doesn’t weigh too much or really take up much space since it’s flat.

That area is one of the best places in the world to go backpacking and see prehistoric ruins

 

Anyone have to deal with a bent pole in their tepui? Not sure when this happened, it's the pole that comes out over the ladder, so the top pole when I close it. Noticed it when I was airing out my tent after a rainy camping trip earlier this week. Haven't reached out to tepui yet, will be sending an email soon

3 nights out near Jefferson, CO... last time using the Yakima Skyrise 3 before the 23zero 56 Walkabout RTT arrives.

Little bit of rain, some good sun, dogs wanting to chase 4 wheelers, lots of empty beers in the end.

Was our first time with the ARB 63 fridge in the bed, went from Thursday to Sunday without killing the auxiliary battery (Off Grid Engineering dual battery kit under hood w/ Die Hard group 35 AGM as aux battery).

Tears are fine, I only need the part that slides into the tent "rail", and 1-2" of fabric.

 

Same here. I used to carry 2x 5gal fuel cans on my swing out. Never needed them.

Cut that weight down to an emergency 2 gal rotopax.

The weight savings is crazy.

Used to have my recovery gear and a spare tire on my roof. Got rid of that and not only is the weight better distributed, but the noise is gone.

 

Damn, I can't imagine all that weight up there. Not to mention getting a tire off and on a roof, I'd throw my back out.

 

It was when I first started building my truck and thought "all the things" we necessary.
