Console organizer is fantastic. I hadn't seen the glovebox organizer but I'm going to look and see how it differs from stock..besides a few extra dividers on the bottom.
Good afternoon all. I think that my first interview went well, and my wife is all for me taking a different job. She just said she can handle the homestead here and wants me to be happy. It's still a huge decision, if I'm even made an offer.

Actually they're not hard to spot bobbing up and down in the water because your looking for stuff in the tower 30 feet in the air on the surface for fish and the birds above.

Here is a funny story from one hot day Grouper fishing, we come across 2 bails floating gaff them bring them aboard stuff them (because they're broken open) into two 50 Gal Rubbermaid trash cans call district 7 Coast Guard Islamorada station, gave them Lat/Lon 40 minutes later MSST shows up they take the trash cans search the boat 1st time this happened over the yrs. We get back to the dock my Uncle said go to the CG Station and get the trash cans, I said okay we'll do it on the way home. well we stop go to the duty officers office and ask for our trash cans he said what trash cans "oh shit" no trash cans my uncle is going to be pissed. The Station Capt. comes down and asks when did you call this in I said about 0930 no radio log either and we were off Molasses Reef 4 miles east of rock harbor and found some floaters and followed protocol, My uncle just wants his trash cans as he is a tight wad. We never did get the cans back.....

 

I'm liking it! Dayshift is treating me pretty well, still getting used to the 3:30am wake up for the 50 minute drive to work. We're doing a shut down this week and making some equipment changes and large maintenances done. I've been here nearly 14 hours each day.
