If they are yoo long, just cut off what you dont need, clean up yhe end threads with a file, good to go. I do that all the time when making folding knives.

Sometimes in the "Help" section of an auto parts store, you can buy them. They are sold by diameter, not by specific vehicle. A spring shop will be a great place to score some.

Thanks guys. Toyota will give me the bolts for free but they are stock with 6" long u bolts. Its got add a leaf springs I want to remove. The bolt currently pokes through the 2" block 1/4" or so. I dont get it you take the leaf out and now there is 1.5" poking out of the block, then cut it. Leaf spring is only 3/4 inch. I got the 2.5"x8.5" U bolt kit from Rough Country but they dont sell the bolts.

Wait I can get the stock ones from the dealer as they just go through the springs and poke out into the block or frame. 2" lift block dont matter.

Just measure the diameter of the bolt and get a socket head cap screw of whatever length you need.
