Hey guys, I was wondering how I could convert my manual locks to power locks, as well as, maybe adding an auto start function.

    I have a 2011 Tacoma, Regular Cab 6ft bed, 2.7L I4 engine. It does have 4WD.

You can by adding the motor to the door and by installing an alarm system and wiring up the ignition. It can be done as a diy or an audio shop can do it. I personally wouldnt, you bought a reg cab taco for a reason. Its like those people who buy a toyota for its reliability and then put auto zone junk on it.

I suppose you could just get the actuators, switches, and door panels, wire it all up, and good to go.

12voltsolutions has a plug and play kit for keyless entry/remote start, assuming you're an auto trans.

Anything is possible with enough money. Well, almost.

What you'd like to do isn't unobtainable. I don't see it looking factory though. At least in my '06 the door lock button is part of the power window button assembly.

If you're not familiar with wiring, I'd strongly suggest having this stuff installed professionally.
