Ok I have an ABS light on and need to replace the two front sensors. Should I pay the $250 for Toyota genuine parts or pay $100 for an auto zone dura last part? I was told by a mechanic that if I don’t buy a Toyota sensor it may not sync up with my computer and the light will just come back on. I currently have a abs and traction control light on!

we have a shop in NY and i have replaced enough abs sensors to ti tell you that its bullshit. yes the factory ones are better and will last longer, but i have installed aftermarket sensors on every car without any problems. as long as you dont buy those cheap ebay ones the duralast abs sensors are good. install them correctly and reset the light you are good to go
