Are most if not all aftermarket rear bumpers strong enough to lift the truck with a hi-lift by the shackle or where the shackle attaches?

It looks like the point where the shackle is mounted also bolts to the frame. Or should I look for a rear bumper that has cut outs for a hi-lift?

Not ready to buy, just thinking out loud.

They should be. I'd like to think it would be a crappy bumper if it couldnt.
