Anyone been on the Cold Springs/ Bald Mountain trail lately. Curious if it's all muddy or not. I was contemplating hitting it on my way from up here in Massachusetts to a 2 night stopover at Peaks of Otter before continuing South to Myrtle Beach area at the end of next week. I really just can't stand mud. And having the wife/ giblets with me I don't particularly want to deal with potentially getting stuck, even though based on the research I've done I don't belive the trail should present any challenges.

    Thanks
