I just installed some dobinsons UCAs and they have 3° of caster built in. As you can see from the photo the shop set the FR at 2.8 and FL at 2.4, is this right or normal or should I be calling him back and saying that they should adjust this again to get the 3°

Also to clarify I mentioned to them that they had 3° built in before I even went to the shop

I can turn wrenches but I am by no means an alignment pro so help me understand this. Thank you

I’d say you could get more if wanted/needed it. Are you rubbing the cab mount to require having more caster?

At that tire size you definitely don’t need more caster from a functionality point. Could you probably get more with those UCAs with the right tech on the machine? Absolutely. But they made all the numbers green to be within spec. My JBAs gave me 4.8° and the machine shows it out of spec. If everything drives okay and feels fine I’d say leave it be. If you go up in size you’re ahead of the game with those UCAs already and get more caster then.
