All codes cleared now after being read, however they were P0705 transmission range sensor and Startability malfunction P1604. It is strange because this happened briefly about a year ago and cleared itself after the next start up. The stiffness of the shifter happens periodically and thought it may have been due to the dampness after the heavy rain the day before. Due to this stiffness once when I parked it ,it rolled backwards due to incline and was clicking ( I had not yet engaged parking brake ). I was able to get it fully in park. 2013 single cab automatic with 85 thousand miles on it. 4X4. I use to use this for commuting but now retired and it is used for normal hauling for home projects when needed but not off roaded or abused. Prior owner must have taken very good care of it because when I bought it three years ago it was mint with 24 thousand miles on it. All normal now but will have this checked. Thank you .

Yes, it is missing the bolt and a big nut that goes over that brown piece on the center.

You’ll see it when you get under there.

    Check the electrical connector too.
Unplug it and have a look.
