Is there a common method to lift the rear 1/2 to 1 in? If so what is the part and is it adjustable?

    Thanks

    A few.
Lift blocks are about ur only option as far as I know. Toyota is adding 1/2" blocks to the trd pro for 2022.

Just install an Add a leaf & take the overload out. That’s 1.5” - that’s the basic option

Just drop it like its hot. I am gonna assume you’re just daily driving. You shouldn't need an alignment.

Like others have said, adding a block is prob the cheapest and easiest and will keep the suspension ride feeling the same as stock.
But if you want adjustability and/or are ever planning to carry any significant weight or tow anything fairly heavy in the future, you might want to consider adding airbags instead to raise the ass-end. They’ll definitely stiffen-up the ride as you lift-the-rear/increase-air-pressure, but if you’re only looking for less than an inch lift it shouldn’t be too bad.
