You can get the exact same part thats on your truck, but researching i found that Toyota finally updated the unit. The old ones had a life of maybe 18 months after replacing and this system seems to fix that. Theres a pretty good thread on it here somewhere to show you how to match the wires up to the old ones. Dealership quoted me $79 and Amazon had them for $50

I'm looking for selling a vehicle advice. I've never done this before. For those who've done it in Pittsburgh or elsewhere do you meet at a neutral location? If anyone has like a PA website where I can go through a checklist of all that needs to be done that would be helpful.

Edit: I guess this is a good place to start :)

I've always used Craigslist and I have the party come to my house , I've never had any issues in my years, once you talk to them on the phone u can get a good idea if they r Jabronies or not. But I guess meeting at a neutral site isn't a bad idea, u can always say lets meet at the local police station and that should scare away the rift raft. As far as check list, just the general safety stuff brakes, tires, suspension..... The 1 thing I recommend is a good detailing of the car inside and outside , weather u do it or pay someone it will help selling it. Also a good maintenance record is a plus. It maybe over kill but u can always take it to a local garage and get it looked over then show the prospective buyer the list or report .

The first thing I learned when I moved to Pa was that every time the Notary says "Harrisburg" the bill goes up....:(

The recycle bin just went ass-over-tea-cups. I just love gathering up the debris from the hedges! Ha!

Yea just got hit here in Worcester. Heavy wind gusts gave me some warning so I could go disconnect the battery charger off my VehiCROSS. By time I got back in the house the rain started and 5 min later power went out. Was only out maybe 10 minutes. Looks pretty nice out now. Hopefully the rain knocked down the smokey haze that was in the air.
