Ordered the 5100s for four all corners. Only the rears came in. I'm going on a road trip this weekend and was wondering if i could just replace the back ones for now and do the fronts when i get back? Will it hurt anything? BTW, stock 2015 TRD 4WD

    TIA

No, put them on and drive it.
    You should be just fine.

The rears won’t change alignment enough/ if any to worry about.

Put the rears on as said- they won't change the ride height enough to matter. I changed my rear shocks a few months ago and had to cut thru the top nut and the stud- no way it was going to come off any other way. So be prepared for that, unless you live in the desert. I used a 4.5" right angle grinder with a Lenox metal max blade on it- much safer than a conventional cut off wheel.

As others have stated, you'll be fine. I installed my rears about a month before my fronts. No issues.
