    Anyone else have this CEL code come up? If so, what did you end up having to replace?

    I recently purchased a used 2017 TRD Sport with 81k miles on it. So I believe the initial warranty has since expired...

    Predator tube steps, Ranch Hand grill guard, Magnaflow CatBack exhaust, Toyota tool box & bed mat, 2LO Module by @Up2NoGood, Rearview Compass/Temp Mirror, Tune by @JustDSM.
    That code could literally be anything in the fuel or air induction system, vacuum leaks and exhaust leaks would be the easiest things to check for.
    There's another thread about it here OP was running 91 octane fuel and apparently switching back to 87 fixed his problem.
    I've included some reading material for that code below.

    warranty is of NO matter

    OXYGEN SENSORS are cheap...........the code narrows the issue to the correct AREA

    its typically nothing major
