I reached out to TTunes and their amp rack is now $109, Hard Pass on that. They give a 5% off coupon code so you save a whole $5.00

Guess its time to take the seat and out get some cardboard to make a template.

So can you bend ABS and it will generally hold that bend? Or do you have to do what I saw in the amp rack thread that I think Ben had attached metal straps. Maybe bend the ABS and reinforce the bend is another option.

Maybe a carpet floor mat screw could be useful for this sort of thing.

you can heat the ABS and it will bend and hold the form or shape. For instance the legs that would go under the seat rails, if you heat them to bend at the angle you want, they will hold once cooled

I found the $250 thread, and was a bit skeptical when I saw the amount of tweeters I was going to be installing with the stock non-JBL HU. Been reading a lot of what Destin has been saying and have been researching different HUs and speakers ever since; but this....this was an intense eye-opener!

The AudioFrogs are breaking in nicely. I'd like to do some more in depth tuning when I get some time. I found this video, and it is extremely helpful

Did you ever try the Unity 8 in the A pillars? Wondering why you bought the es02ex when you already had the Unity 8's, and according to what cdt publishes they reach lower (200vs500) and go higher (33kvs28k). Trying to decide between the two, thanks!

No, I didn't. Here's the thing. I like trying different shit. There's no real rhyme or reason why I switched other than I wanted to try something different, and I was interested in making pods. That said, if you read some of the commentary on the DIYMA site, you will see that the unity's sounded better crossed higher at 500, and that's where I had them crossed. Moreover, my hearing is sketchy at best (serious tinnitus) and I'm probably not catching much over 18khz.....

Also, don't get stuck in analysis paralysis like I do.
