    My 16 year old daughter has really gotten into TTF. She's all about popular music but somehow she heard "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" and she really likes that song. I still have the original album of Songs From the Big Chair so I downloaded the entire album on Apple Music on her phone and she loves it. Now she's a huge TTF fan. As she's gotten older she asks me all the time what it was like growing up in the 80's. I tell her it was the best time of my life growing up in the 80's. Of course I could be looking through rose colored glasses but I loved growing up in the 80's. She also loves "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins. I think because it went viral a few months ago due to a reaction video. But now she loves that song. Now... If I could just get her back into Pink Floyd. But I understand... She's not supposed to like all of my music. She's a teenager and she likes whatever is popular at the time. But I've told her, "one day you will finally listen to Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall and you will understand".

    I've always loved that song. Fun to play on the guitar.

    Speaking of Pink Floyd and since I haven't posted in here forever...

    The absolute best guitar solo ever recorded end of story. The only bad thing about the outro is it ends. David Gilmour is the reason I picked up the guitar at 14 and never put it down.

    The Pulse version is the best version of this song. Unfortunately, the version we see today is missing another 1:20 secs. of the outro solo. No matter... The sheer perfection of this entire concert will live forever.

    I read a quote once and I had to laugh: "Legend has it, all guitars want David Gilmour for Christmas"

    I wrote my Senior Term paper on Comfortably Numb and broke it down by meaning, cord structure, arrangement, etc... I think it helped that my AP English teacher was a huge Pink Floyd fan.
