Well, I certainly couldn't wear what I sleep in into Walmart, but maybe you can.

Remember, I'm in the warehouse. We do have a few people at orderfill in pj pants. We do have a very casual dress code. But still

    Thinking about catalogs

Does anyone remember when Tower Hobbies would send out a catalog that looked like a 1/4 of a phone book in thickness?

It seemed like it took forever to get your stuff and your ears would be tuned to the sound of a UPS truck coming up the street that would only blow past your house.

Ahh the days of no easy tracking info.

How about the days of car magazines with awesome features?

I'd go to Barnes and Noble and stock up: Hot VW's, European Car, Excellence, The Golf a UK magazine about VW GTis and Golfs, 911 World etc.

I can't remember the last time I bought a magazine. When i was a mechanic at Jaguar a very well off customer would let me have his toilet reading Ferrari magazines Prancing Horse and Cavallino.

When I moved out I remember putting all 12 plus years worth of magazines in the recycle bin on top of another 10 years worth of Hot VW's magazines going back to the early 80's

I think I bought a few Car & Driver magazines years ago. Can't remember the last time I bought a magazine though.

I think she was Kmart affiliated.
Speaking of Kmart (or Sears for that matter):pout:

Ours looked different, I think it was a lighter color.
