None yet, but await LCEngineering products for this truck.
What’s a good use for the two holes beneath the rear window?

Put a c-clamp on it to hold a flag pole.

Naw, actually, I did put a c-clamp on it once to hold a pully to help load a refrigerator into the bed. I used the rope to help pull the dolly up the ramp. I am now making a camper set up in the back and I’m going to use it as a bracket mount to hold in the drawer system.

If your talking about the holes in the corner of the bed its for drainage, plug them up and you will see...lol....mine got plugged by debris a few weeks ago and it rained for 3 days solid, needless to say, I located the drain holes and unplugged them pretty quick!!

My BakFlip MX4 keeps it pretty darn dry and we've had some crazy rain this week, still I'd like to see them a bit bigger but I understand
the fuel line is nearby one of them.

I am assuming OP is referring to the missing front bed rail and the 2 mounting holes there right below the window.

So I would recommend getting a second gen front bed rail.
