08 Tacoma prerunner v6/manual

When removing my y pipe to drop the transmission one of the studs on the passenger side manifold stripped. I searched for other but couldn’t fine much on the subject mostly just bolts stuck in the head which I could see sharing similar principles. I was just wondering if anyone had possibly retapped the stud or replaced it somehow

The nuts are pinch nuts. They chew the threads up. I have cut the stud off, and replaced with a bolt.

Thanks for the tip. Luckily it was only 1 out of 4 that messed up. Would going back with different nuts be helpful in the future?
