    Welcome to TW

Does it sound like it's coming from inside the cabin or outside? Check the inner fender liners and see if one is loose and flapping around in the wind

    Check the oil level

Unfortunately that is a rather description. Is it a 'sharp' noise (metal on metal), a 'dull' noise (plastic)? Is rotational, or does it vary with speed? What part of the vehicle does is it originate from? Is it always there, or occasionally? Is it exactly 60mph, or does it vary, with weather, if you're going uphill/downhill/turning/braking? Is it worse under a particular condition?

Years ago I had a tapping sound that I couldn't figure out, it'd get faster and louder as speed increased, turns out I ran over a piece of duct tape and some cardboard and there was a big piece sticking out the side that was tapping the inside of the wheel well.

Maybe it's the keychain in the ignition.
    Tacomas don't make weird noises.
