What does camping look like this season with all of the fires? They said that forest land is closed east of the cascades… where is that line? Anybody have any good resources because I have been getting mixed info online?

I have removed the shell and still have it available for sale. I also still have the rack, bed mat and bed stiffeners if anyone is interested.

Federal and state land is still open afaik, but you might want to stop and pick up one of these to sing koombayah around. It should run off the onboard 400w inverter no problem. Maybe get 2.

They typically consider the Pacific Crest Trail the official/unofficial imaginary line that determines east and west side. At least that's how fish and feathers does it. It runs right up the central cascade range from Oregon to BC.

What part? A buddy just sold his place in cedar village about 3wks ago, and moved to the 15acres he's had just east of Hayden in the hills for a few years now. They're starting on the shop in a few weeks which will have living space, and temporarily living in that while they build the main house. I'm headed there in a few weekends.

We were up some logging roads outside of Pierce at my dads college friends claim. He has 40 acres that I’ve been going to since he bought it in the early 90’s. Hayden’s awesome, my Grandma grew up there, My parents have a bunch of pictures hanging in the house that my great grandfather took, some of which made there way into National Geographic

Hah, good one! Amazon has some cardboard fire centerpieces. I’ll get one of those for a buddies bachelor party. Easily worth $10.
That makes sense though, appreciate the input.

I only liked your post because I actually don't like it. That's no bueno.

Anyone know if a r154 5spd will bolt up behind a 1GR-FE? Those tranny's are pretty bomber and will handle up to 5-600HP.

I saw someone put a t56 behind one. Also using the rc62f. I didn’t see the r154 swapped yet.

Got off the phone with ECGS. They said they will warranty it and take it to Randy’s R&P to have them do the work for a faster turn around. I would say they are fucken Rock Star status customer service. So if your looking for insane customer service and a no bullshit warranty ECGS is your choice.

Fawk!!! I have towing insurance so I have to front it till I get paid back. Depending what Randy’s says I still could use it. My luck Covid has 4.88’s on a 3 month back order.

Got around to cleaning some of the pay dirt, still have a bunch of tiny stuff to go through but I’m going to wait until i get some mercury to process it

    0EC075E5-147E-4D7B-9B05-322A16B4875D.jpg

The majority of that was from about 5 to 6 hours of dredging with the GF, we spent about 12 hours total. Most of it was spent removing overburden, including some rocks that were well over a thousand pounds.

The kid also got his first solo piece of gold. Dug the hole, classified the dirt and then panned it with some help
