@Deadlytaco, @12taco12 may be right but let me give you the facts as I've experienced them. I have a 2014 DCSB 4X4 and had been running 265/65-18's for several years. My wheels were OEM 18's with a +25mm offset.

If you go with a +1 offset wheel you are going to solve the biggest concern which is my wheels were within .5" of the factory UCA. You will be moving the inner sidewall 1.77" away from the UCA. The one area you will need to trim is the bottom 1.5" of the front plastic flap. Not the mud flap behind the tire but the one in front of the tire that prevents you from throwing crap under the front bumper. It takes about 30 seconds for each side. I think your stance will look killer!

Where you also might get close is when, for example, backing your truck up a "curb" with the steering lock to lock. I have 265/70-18's on my truck now but now I am running the ICON Stage-2 kit. You are doing exactly what I wanted to do and didn't have the balls to do it. I think you'll be fine. I know you will be if you had 2" of lift.

Please let me know how it works out  Pictures would be great too...

One other thing, if you had any other contact, putting a set of Bilstein 5100 shocks on the front of your Tacoma would also raise your front end enough to level your truck. That would also mitigate any additional contact you might experience but like I said, I ran 265/65-18's on a 2007 and a 2014 Tacoma with no problems for years.
