Anyone have experience with Billie bars ? I’m looking to mount a couple bicycles over top of the bed and still utilize my tonneau

Yes, I think so. Do you have different rack on top or have the rails been replaced? If the clips are broken and haven't been resealed, the water can run in from the top of the rail. When we did the Drifter, we had to seal up all of it with tape before removing.

No, but with the concept, yes. We had the kb voodoo tonneau brackets for our short bed rack so we could lift the back 1/3. Same concept though since it just allows you to mount over the tonneau.

I would put good money on those damaging your tonneau in the long run. As long as they continue as a package together for you, then who cares if they serve their purpose. It won't happen overnight, but our tonneau was pretty scuffed up and gouged by the brackets after a few years of use (we have pics if you're curious).
