For not much more than a spacer lift you can do Bilstein 5100’s. The biggest thing about clearing 33’s will be the width and offset of the wheels you choose. No matter how high you lift it a wheel with a really aggressive offset is going to rub on the cab mount, fender liner and potentially more.

18" rims? I reckon a block and spacer lift is good enough

The wheel diameter is irrelevant. If tire clearance is your only objective, spacer or suspension lift doesn't really matter. What offset? If you want to do it with zero rub and zero trimming, give up now. If you just plan to drive on road and the roughest terrain you will see is driving over the curb at 7-11 then choose a sensible width and offset wheel, lose the mudflaps up front and get a decent alignment. That might let you get away with rub at 3/4+ lock while reversing or other limited conditions. If you want no rub at full stuff while turning, get ready to chop up some stuff.

If you feel that you really want to upgrade your suspension, I highly recommend that you contact a company named "Total Chaos". They are not cheap but they will only sell you what you need and their suspension parts are (in my opinion) about the best in the business. They also have replacement joint components so when parts start to wear or get damaged on the trail you don't have to replace whole components, just the wear items and have an alignment done.

    Like, so many.
    What's your budget?
What are you planned uses for the truck?
Are you willing to do some cutting?

A lift alone will not likely clear 33s. It's a width issue. You could, however, do the 255s on stick wheels with no lift. That's a true 33 with no modifications at all. There's a massive thread about this option.

285/65/18's close enough to 33's. Can get by with some small fender liner adjustments without a crazy off-set wheel and not perform a CMC.

The roughest terrain this truck will see is a simple trail or the beach and yes maybe that curb at 7 11 lol. My ultimate goal is to maintain the Off-Road performance and feel the truck has now (stock) while lifting a little and getting some bigger wheels on it for looks. My budget is about 4k however im not one to cheap out. I would rather do things the right way. I was quoted at a shop near me 3,564 for a 3-2 ready lift, BFG KO2 275/70/18, and methods. I'm worried with the 3-2 lift it won't be enough to get rid of the stink bug look the truck has now. I would rather have my front end only a tad higher than the rear than the rear being higher than the front. I was looking into icon suspension lifts but all the specs and crap is speaking Chinese to me I simply do not understand that crap. Im looking to have it look like this once said and done.

Best Pic I have on phone. Eibach's in 2nd clip, HS AAL in back, Method 312's, Yoko MT's 285/65/18.
