HELP! I just bought a 2021 TRD off-road Tacoma and I want to add some base to the JBL system. Could I use the amp that’s already installed to run my alpine SBR-S8-4?? Could I also take out the already installed amp and woofer and install my alpine woofer and amp (S-A60M)?

I have that same amp pushing a 12” in my truck. I bought a ported box from xtreme mobile solutions and I’m more than pleased. Welcome to TW

Could I use the same wiring and kinda just plug and play or do I need to get separate wiring kit and start fresh? Is the amp that’s in it now pushing all the speakers and sub?

I have a separate amp for the doors.
You will likely have to upgrade your wiring
Based on the wattage you intend to go with. As far as the factory set up, I’m not sure.

If you have the JBL system right now, the only thing you can piggy back off is the signal going into the factory subwoofer.

You will need a external amp, you will need to run power and ground to it, but you can get signal from the outputs of the stock amp (connect to the same wires that are going to the factory subwoofer)

You can not remove the factory amp. Doing so will make the factory system not work anymore.

So I could just replace the factory woofer with my alpine woofer?

What you can do is replace it with a dual 2 ohm 8 inch shallow mount woofer, you may not get the results you want, but it should be a slight upgrade from whats in there.

Otherwise, I would go over to the audio subforum here and you can find all the info you could ever need.
