I’m sure there’s been a few threads like this but one more won’t hurt. About 2 months ago, i installed Total Chaos ucas and Bilstein 5100s, and ever since i’ve had a clunk every time i hit a bump ( speed bump, driveway, uneven road, etc.) It really only makes noise at lower speeds 25-30, and at about 5-10 if i shake my steering wheel back and forth, the clunk gets louder. I marked all my bolts from the install and none of them have moved. Wondering if anyone else has this problem and if they made any solutions?

To trouble shoot, maybe remove sway bar. See if it stops. I don't have your UCAs, I have jba, but did you use the washers? Double check that everything is torqued. Good luck

In the last thread I read on a front end clunk on speed bumps, the problem turned out to be undertorqued LCA bolts…

LCA cam bolts need to be at 100 lb/ft. That's quite a bit of torque and easy to come up short if tightening by hand with just a long wrench

Turns out it was the sway bar, bolt was loose on passenger side. I was able to take the nut off with my fingers and figured that probably wasn’t right
