Installed OEM SR (Black) grille surround. Last of the exterior chrome gone unless you count the headlight housing.

If you can cut the end of the bolts off that stick out of the welded nuts. DON'T cut the nuts. It will be that much less rusted junk to drag through the nuts lessening the amount of damage done.

Put my bestop back on today. Nice to have the topper back on there, hoping that I can still fit all the kayaks in there without my bed rack..

Where did you buy that gas cap? Any trouble closing the gas lid with it on?

Put the OEM tailgate lock in last night. Toyota part # PK3B6-35JSO. Got it on Amazon from Elmhursttoyota for $165 with shipping and tax. It came with like a 30 page booklet for installation but 1 youtube video is really all you need. Only took about 25 minutes, hardest part was getting under the truck to run and support the cable. From what I can tell, it's a little quieter than the pop'n'lock version, but it's still kinda loud. It only unlocks with a double click, like the passenger and rear doors.

The manual shows you how to make it so EVERYTHING unlocks with one button push. I forget the actual instructions. But its in there.

I think it's just a matter of programming the key fob. I'm not sure if it has to be done at a dealership.
Not sure if I'd want the tailgate unlocking every time I got in the truck anyway.

You dont need the dealership. ITS IN THE MANUAL. It involves hitting the key fob buttons in a specific way .
