    Well, when I went to Denali in August 1984 it snowed and went down to 4 degrees. Being from Florida it was a revelation. It was all good. It warmed up to 10 degrees and I saw 4 Grizzlies that day. After encountering the first one I made a mental note to sleep in my rental car instead of my tent. Incredible place.
