Dead truck in the morning

    Hey all just a report on the issue I had to repair yesterday
    Drove truck on Tuesday ran great like always
    Got in this morning totally dead!
    No lights nothing, tested battery was good but only charged 75%. Odd…
    Tested alternator and voltage regulator crapped out on me.
    Replaced alternator about an hours work. Now back up and running again

    bottom bolt of alternator can’t be taken out unless tension pulley is set out of the way, that’s the only wtf I had

    I'm assuming you meant to say:

    bottom bolt of alternator can't be taken out unless tension pulley is set out of the way.
