She was a cashier at Walmart in Brownwood, Texas. A rather homely lass ignorant of the ways of the world. He stopped in to buy some feeshin lures and bean dip. The dip wouldn’t scan so she had to send someone for a price check. While waiting, they got to talking and found they were both fond of the reality show “Ice Road Truckers”. He asked her for her number and eventually they fell in love.

Going wheeling tomorrow with some local TW guys. Been stressed, so this should help with that.

 

I lived there for awhile. That reminded me of a story. My boss’s son, who was around 16 or so, told me he knew a good fishing spot at the lake that nobody ever goes to. It turns out there was a reason. It was on private land and when we started to leave, someone had closed the gate and put a padlock on it. I told him to hand me the key out of my glove box. I had a .357 Colt Python. It opened that lock right up. I really miss that gun.

 

It doesn’t pay to just drop in on this stream of basically bs. Yet I do this. As a service to my community. Randos from today.
