I know these are not recommended for any real offroading.. But, hear me out.. I am kinda on a budget now that I recently found out my wife is Preggo with Kiddo #4..

So, The most off roading I do is my hunting camp, and back roads here in PA..

I do need to lift the front of my truck a little due to the Winch and bumper, would a 2" in the front and a 1.5" AAL in the rear do me justice? I do want to put 265-75's on the truck.

    Feedback and Pics are welcomed!

Don’t do it if you are going off pavement at all. I bought the truck with a dealer installed lift, spacers in front, block in back. Wasn’t too bad on pavement but it was awful in the dirt. I ended up splurging on a fox stage four set up which is obviously a night and day difference but if I were you I would just wait and save up and do it right. You’ll end up putting that in, hating it and then changing it out later so save yourself some grief and money

Edit just reread your post. Speaking of saving grief & money, with 4 kids maybe its time for the snip :D

You added weight (bumper&winch) spacers are not what you want. Like others mentioned, go with 5100's or something like that and heavier springs to compensate for weight you added.

For only a few $$ more, I an go with a 5100's all round? I may do this..

Another question, if I am only doing a 1.5" AAL, do I need to swap out the rear shocks? They only have 30k miles on them.

A spacer lift will not fix the compression on the front end that is result of your adding weight. You are better off getting something like a 5100 and an OME spring that is designed to carry more weight.

On the leafs, I'd run a helper leaf. It will get some lift and help with heavy loads.

Front springs don't cost too much.

I would, factory shocks will top out with 1.5 aal. 5100's are 1" longer if I remember correctly. You mentioned all the way around with them anyway. I have 6112/5160 2" F/B

I took the snip three years ago and to this day the nurses that stood in on the procedure call me all the time. Left a lasting impression.

Bilstein 5100's cost a little more than spacers, but are worth every penny. And 265/75/16 don't rub.
