There are instructions in the owner's manual on how to change the various images. You need a FAT formatted thumb drive and a specific filename structure.

It's in the book - I did it on day 2 and haven't changed mine since then.

That only works on 2019 and earlier models. So if you have a 2020-2021 you are out of luck. :(

Love those black TRD wheels. Not sure I can justify new wheels and tires would like a little more black on the stock Limited wheels. Plasti coasted the hub covers helps a little.

There's a thread in here but this video breaks it down as well. Just make sure that the folders on the thumb drive are named EXACTLY as writtin in the video.

    Lol.....I'm right there with ya.
I had a 16 TRD 4x4 OR quicksand, then a 17 Cement Pro 4runner, 18 white Pro Taco, 19 black Pro Tundra, 20 white Pro Tundra (got totaled), now have a 21 Trail Tundra in cement, and will be trading in the Tundra (once I take all the mods off) for the black 22 Pro Taco.

So I like to get a toy truck that resembles my real one each time I buy a new truck. I have to say there isn’t much to choose from in the way of Tacoma toy trucks, but I did just pick up this toy Hilux at the goodwill today, so I guess that will do. Now I’m debating if I should repaint it Barcelona red or not.
