I’m headed out from the Quad cited, it will be my first time and I am really looking forward to it.

I will be heading out that weekend. I’m camping out at Silver Lake Campground. I plan on hitting trails Saturday morning. Then hitting the Dunes in the afternoon till dark. If you got any questions. Ask.

my boys and I will be staying at JellyStone. If you don’t mind could you elaborate on the trails that you are talking about. I’ll be out there all weekend and was looking for some other activities.

Just north of Baldwin there is a bunch of ORV multi use trails. It’s an hour away from Silver Lake. There is a state of Michigan web site showing ORV maps and trails where we can drive. You can download a Gpx file to a gps app. I use Gaia. There is also a trans Michigan Wisconsin trail that you can pick up from the dunes. There are some reroutes that you have to figure out along the way because it’s for motorcycles. It’s still a nice drive. I got a nice swim spot too. Got to find the location. I’m heading up with my son. He’s 12. How old are yours?BB3D2C5C-1D29-4F56-8526-D2FE893A5E5D.jpg

Thanks for the info on the trails. All of this outdoor stuff in Michigan Is making me extraordinarily jelly. We do not have features like this in Iowa.
I’m bringing my 6 and 8 year old, we are leaving the mom at home. I have a feeling my boys will last an hour or two wheeling before they want to get to the lakes and start swimming. This will be there first time doing anything like this and my second. I was out in Portage MI a few weeks ago and swung by the dunes on my way home. I only spent a few hours there, I wanted to look around and check it all out before I brought the kids. We are all really excited for the trip out.
Your truck looks nice and you apparently have great taste. I also have a white TRD OR. I’d like to get a topper one of these days.
Have you been out to the Toyota meetup at the dunes before?

ME! I went for the first time last saturday and had an absolute blast! It was raining most of the day but that was a good thing they tell me. I turtled once but people are nice and help each other out. There are bathrooms. It was a lot of fun I can't wait to go back in July with some ladies that own toyotas.

I’ll be there. Sounds like they want to take a picture at noon sharp with as many vehicles as possible. Meet in the north east corner of the dune orv area.

I’m sitting here at Jellystone camp ground. My boy and I will be at the pic at noon tomorrow. Im a little shocked that I have not seen one another taco ( or Toyota for that matter) at the camp ground.

I am also hoping to see a Tacoma with a prinsu (or similar ) roof rack and bed rack. I am thinking real hard on that.

57180F78-9F39-4DAC-80A8-93B04D23BA7E.jpg After hitting some trails today. Only other 3rd gen Tacoma I saw today is the guy that just pulled up camping next to me. There were a couple highly modified 1st gens and some cool old school 4 Runners out there today.
