Back in ‘93 to early 94 I registered one of the few remaining 3 letter .com names, hosted a friends fishing guide service there and had other plans for it that I was too busy for work to do anything with so for many years just used it for my email. 7-8 years ago I sold it for $10k, only money I ever made off the internet lol
* Update I just checked on the domain I sold, it was sold in 2016 for $38,600 and still not being used. wife corrected me, we were offered $10k but since we had to change our email addresses at so many places she negotiated and we actually got $14k for it lol.

I think it was fine. What happened was eventually you’d open your browser and it was at msn or google or whatever with the search bar right there, they took over the home page. No need to go to ask Jeeves.

 

yahoo and aol were definitely main...but when google came on the scene, it took over pretty quick from what i recall...
i think my youth was predominantly those two...that damn dial up on AOL! haha

I don't care what the catalyst is. If rumors are true that a loan was denied to the short then margin will happen. Once margin happens then bankruptcy will happen. Once bankruptcy happens the prime will be forced to buy back the shares.

For OLED it's not even a chip supply problem. It's a panel supply problem. LG is the only company making them. The Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, and Vizio all use LG panels. Worse case I just pick up the LG C1 65". It's a 2021 model. Right now it's just under $2100. Once the 2022's drop that price will go down to $1800 or so. As far as I can tell there's no major differences from 2021 to 2022.

 

Also, WTF Sony? Where the hell is the PS5 stock? It's been a damn year and you still can't meet production?

I did just find out the PS5 has an empty M.2 slot. Making more storage stupid easy. They just made the M.2 slot live in the latest firmware update. Now, if I could just get a PS5 in my hands. lol
