I just bought mine from the dealer. I bought a spare so I could take some measurements if I can find it. I wasn't easily able to find an aftermarket replacement when I looked but then again I also didn't have an unused rivet to measure and compare to.

The rivets at the dealer cost a couple bucks each but probably comparable to (or maybe less than) what you'd end up paying for a package of generic ones anyway.

This is NOT the right part number for the hinge rivets. this is the rivets for the filler neck surround (the black part around the filler). I, too, need to find some hinge rivets so I can replace my fuel door. They are much bigger and have a thicker head than the 90269-06017.

I just replaced the fuel door on one of my tacos and used 1/4-20 bolts and nuts instead of riveting it back in.

I just found some listed as 90269-A0003... these look promising... If they don't work, I'm gonna go the 1/4-20 route...

The oem rivets are huge, I had to borrow a big ass rivet gun from work to do mine. A regular rivet gun doesn’t have a large enough tip to accept the rivet.

Thanks @JonathanH. I ordered these rivets (90269-0617) and either they sent me a bag that was mislabeled or these are not the right rivets for my fuel door. I'm gonna order some 90269-A0003 rivets and see if they're the right ones...

I would think these would cause the door to stick out from the body... maybe if they cover the rivnuts instead of sitting on top of them; I don't remember if the hinge had space under the stamping for a rivnut head...

90269-A0003 should be the rivets for the 3rd gen. But, anything is possible. I've gotten mispacked parts from Toyota plenty of times.
