    Do these exist?

I don't wheel my rig hard, but I like the thoughts of a high clearance rear bumper. Gives me a few more inches over stock. At that height, I doubt it will ever touch a rock. Aluminum sounds appealing in this case.

    Anyone make them?

There's not many for a couple reasons. You really want a welded one piece design for the rear. The integrated hitch has to be steel as well as the mounting plates to the truck. But, steel and aluminum cannot be welded together. Hence, most all rear aftermarket bumpers are steel.

There's plenty of front aluminum bumpers.

Another point I've heard is for towing purposes. Steel is still the stronger and preferred material for a bumper with the weights and strains for the application.
