I cant find the alarm section around here but was hoping someone could help me out.
I have a 08 Tacoma with cap on the back.
I want a basic alarm with a sensor in the back so the alarm will go off if the glass door on the cap is open. Or it could be a motion sensor. Either way.

    Thanks...

Do you have a factory alarm system? There are some ways to tie into that

There are some cheap options out there but almost all of them require being programmed by an authorized dealer, which means they will want to install it themselves.

I would not to a glass break sensor
You could do a proximity sensor if you wanted.
