    Hi,
    I've just noticed this leak on the boot front he inner tie rod. What could be issue? Only passenger side not driver.

    If only the boot is wet and everything is dry above your power steering rack is starting to leak.

    This is a very common leak on a Tacoma. Keep an eye on the power steering fluid level in the reservoir and look for drips on your driveway. If it is really slow such that you see few if any drips, and you are not having to top off the reservoir more than every two or three oil changes, then leave it. Mine does the same thing at 111K, and I’ve confirmed it is a very slow seepage.
