Humidity can make or break things....that's for sure. We definitely have the humidity in the lower Ohio Valley

 

I’d love to have an airboat… Not very feasible for recreational use but the wow factor is awesome.
I still want to build a long tail..

Hotter today than yesterday.so like 100°
Did a preemptive strike last night. Cranked up the ac full.
65° in the house and moisture on the windows. Estimate about 72 by the afternoon.
Shades closed..
Grass isn’t drying
I have a feeling some power outages might happen.
I have fuel for the gen.
Might need it.
Stay out of the hot sun.

 

The chickens had wing AC deployed and full on huffy-puffing, today will be round two. They look like they told a joke and theyre waiting for you to get it.

 

The boys coop has cross flow ventilation and not said it was not helping.
I think he set up a sprinkler…

 

I have two big open windows and a peak vent but doesnt help them. Poor things have little down jackets on. We put ice in their drinking buckets and they hide under the front porch in the sand all day, usually about 20 degrees cooler.

 

Unfortunately not. Was a whole lot of saggin' though, but that was a heat issue

I swear I could have used mine like Newton balls with how hot it was. Would've tripped over them if they weren't tucked in the top of my socks!

 

Well, the ol' 3rd gen is gettin' up there. Turned over this on the way up the mountain yesterday. Only had it 8 mo...
