New to me hunting/woods truck

Finally got my friend to sell me this 2001 Tacoma TRD SR5 with 375k miles for a steal, this truck has been owned by 2 of my friends. One of them put roughly 275k or more on it and it's a clean title with good maintenance records. My friend is getting a company truck so he's letting me have this for 3k. I plan to document everything I do and trying to keep this on a budget, as I've had plenty of rock crawlers, SAS'd toyotas, 1 ton jeeps etc so trying to keep this simple.

Plans to keep it all under 6000-6500 all in

Already bought an addicted offroad bumper with Smittybuilt winch for 600 USED
- have 4x innovations sliders on the way
- ebay snorkel
- raptor liner for the bed

I have some stuff laying around from other projects that will be going on , the P/O was a smoker so plan on pulling apart the interior to really clean it so while I'm at it

- sub and amp

My friend has a wrecked low mile double cab that I might pull the seats out of since they have 100k mile on them vs 375k
