    My taco broke trunk replace fan clutch now can’t put belt back on by myself didn’t know put pin in tensioner before took off belt oops

    you can re-engage the tensioner with the belt off, it's no big deal. There's a slot to lock the tensioner in the "de-tensioned" position if you use a screwdriver, it'll hold it against the block.

    My taco broke TRYING TO replace fan clutch now I can’t put THE SERPANTINE belt back on by myself I didn’t know I NEEDED TO put A pin in tensioner before took off belt oops

    No reason to worry about putting the pin in. Here is a video on how to replace the serpentine belt on a Tacoma.

    He ain’t getting it on.

    My bet is he had a buddy stop by and hold the tensioner wrench.
    Or jammed an Allen wrench in the slot and did it himself. - Little tip for future readers -

    I did mine recently, yahoo style. Take the old one off, put the new one on. If I get stuck, then read the instructions. I did get a routing picture first tho.
