Brought the truck with Ridge Grappler 285/70/17 with SCS Ray 10 like three times now to Seever in Pleasanton, and they can't seem to balance it. Steering wheel vibrates at 50 mph. I've isolated to wheels/tires since OEM ones dont cause any vibrations.

Any other successful balance jobs other than America's Tire?

Are they using rim weights that are attached/clamped/hammered on at the edge of the wheel?

Have them remove all those things. Use the stick on type on the inside of the rim inline with the wheel mount surface.

This will help eliminate what is known as "lateral vibration". This is when the wheel vibrates in a mode like the Princess Diana wave, versus a radial vibration.

I have ray10s and they put a shit ton of weights to balance. Could be wheels, could be tires. I've read that scs in general are difficult to balance.

I’ve gone to AVN in Alameda and I know quite a few people who also has gone to them. They’re really good at balancing tires. Never heard any issues with their balances.
