    LMK if this isn’t allowed!

I have a camping spot available on the coast, almost everything else is booked for the summer. If you’re looking for a couple nights away or just wanna try out your new RTT check it out!

Is camp spot just like Hipcamp? Basically this is your spot you are renting out?

I’ll check out hipcamp, haven’t heard of it. But yes, I’m going to build on the lot eventually. My wife and I camp there a lot, so we figured other people might enjoy it too.

For $58 per night, I may as well get a hotel with a TV.

Unfortunately I also understand basic supply and demand and I truely hope it works out for you.

The Oregon coast used to be our primary go to location ever since I was a kid. Anymore, the masses have found it to be the same go to location and book everything out 6-9 months out. Then it's crazy crowded everywhere. Most coastal cities absolutely do not allow overnight "parking" anywhere shy of a campground or hotel/motel. Some don't even allow you to "camp" in someone's private driveway.

Ocean views are awesome, but so are free desert snow capped range views. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

*motel if we're talking $58/night. Theres a market for sure for this type of thing, if i was bringing my kids i'd probably go this route. If its just me and buddies i'd much rather just go dispersed camping and find a spot for free. Either way, nice spot and i'm sure with those views you'll get a lot of people booking it
