    A few bolts are different.
Ready for dual case. The new budbuilt looks empty with only a single.

Would you say your clearance is better with Bud built cross member instead of stock? Feel like the stock one hangs down so low.

I would say yes. The stock one is huge and will crumble very easily. I have the trail poo version and its definitely tucked up higher.

I built mine this past winter. Best thing I did for wheeling. So much control on obstacles. You'll enjoy them

Yea I can not wait to have some more control and that low low. Just finished completely redoing the interior and patching up and handful of things. Cases are getting close to next thing on the list!

Biggest pain in the ass is getting the sticks setup correctly. I did Davez triple sticks and occasionally it pops out of gear when flexed. I think something is binding.

Good thing to keep in mind. I’m just not looking forward to cutting a hole in the floor. Haha

I second all of mikes responses in regards to more clearance and the sticks being a chore to get right.

once complete, totally worth it. Even with only the 4.7 single gear set.

At this point Im not sure this truck will ever get dual cased. My new daughter takes precedence.

We would really like to find a 1st gen 4Runner or a Jeep LJ so all of us can ride in the cool car at once.

Its honestly not difficult to build. The prep is the worst part. I bead blasted all my pieces and painted the cases so they look brand new. Its only time consuming.
