Is the melting headlight housing recall still active?

I've got one amber DRL that's melting the headlight housing, and the other isn't. Am I going to have to buy a housing, or is the recall still active on this?

Kind of ironic, I hate DRL's, and am tempted to disable mine, but I'm not going to modify it if there's a recall I can get done and have the problem fixed for no cost.

Ah, upgrade to the Pro version of the housing, got it. I like it, beyond the cost. Though, that would enable me to put a UV coating on the housings and keep them from looking like they're 14 years old.
