    Hey all,

I’m in the market for some rock sliders, but I don’t wanna break the bank. I just had a lift, tires, and skid installed which cost a hefty ransom so I’m not really inclined to drop a grand on rock sliders. But at the same time I don’t wanna skimp on quality. Are there any brands of quality rock sliders that I could get for $800 max (including shipping)? I’ve looked at Apex, Avid, Mobtown, RCI, etc, but they’re all a little too expensive after the shipping is added in. We don’t really have anything local here in Reno, NV. Btw my truck is a 4-door, 6 ft bed.
    Suggestions appreciated!

I guess I should’ve mentioned that I want bolt-on and black coat, so the bamf sliders would cost me over 1k :(

I don't think you will be able to hit that 800 mark if you throw in powder.

Your biggest problem is your taco is DCLB, ACLB will also fit DCSB

It doesn’t look like they make rock sliders, at least according to their website. I’ll reach out to them though

You're right. Looks like they used to make them for Jeeps, but not for Tacos.

A few mods here and there and counting....
TW10 saves you 10% from BAMF.

Look at Trail Gear from 4wheelparts under $450 but raw steel. Not sure if DCLB model.
They have no angle on them so straight out from frame only.

I suggest buying them unfinished and rattle caning them if looking for the cheaper route. Powder coat doesn’t stand up to rocks. I had mine powdered coated only because I’m lazy, had money to spare, and figured most gouges would be on the bottom of the sliders. I’ve had to touch them up with spray paint each year before winter. You can also add some grip tape to the top where you step on them.
