    Any questions?
    Tacoma wins in certain areas.

I drive my Ridgeline to REI. And then to the local microbrewery. And then to my lobotomy follow up appointment.

I saw a performance division Ridgeline today. Didn't look that bad. I don't think a Hilux with a Corolla front end would look bad either.

    Looks good.

They're not a bad truck. Known a few people and my neighbors who've had a few and they like them.

Lol thanks guys! I did not start this thread for any controversy. I just wanted to show where I am with vehicles.
First, I traded my Tundra for $2K MORE than what I paid for it three years and 45K miles ago. Because of the current topsy turvy used car prices we have now, I made about $10K by doing this trade. I expect I will never again make actual money on a trade so I took advantage of the current situation.
In addition, this little truck has a payload of 500 lb more than the Tacoma. It hauled 11 sheets of 3/4 plywood flat on the floor.
The Tacoma is better by far off road. The Ridgeline is better on road. That is simple fact. I think the biggest challenge is optics. I see it every day in the 3rd gen section where guys, for whatever reason, build an off road truck even more off road ready, only to use it as their daily driver and never go off road. Some of the youngsters want that "image" of a built Tacoma, and are willing to suffer on the ride and on road performance to get that image.
I am way past the image portion of my life. If I have not proved by now that I am a man then I must not be a man lol. Anyway, if anyone has any questions I will answer them willingly. The Ridgeline is a very comfortable road trip and daily driver. It has a none speed transmission that shifts like it is supposed to shift. It has plenty ofpower to go up on curbs at the mall and an AWD system to get you through about anything as long as it is not rock crawling... and let's face it... they guys who do this will purpose build a rig for that and leave the Tacoma to get the rig to the trail.

Are you going / have you towed with it? Just curious how it'd compare towing a 12foot trailer tent between Tacoma or this.

what's the biggest tire size... never mind, I don't care even on Tacoma.
