I've been using the one on the instrument panel and its been sufficient but it only goes 30 degrees positive/negative. I'm not sure how often I'll surpass 30 deg but I did in the last trip and not knowing if I was at 31 deg or 40 deg scared me enough into considering getting an external one. I doubt I'll use it often so its still up in the air.

I think if I was bartending while rolling they would have been a bigger concern for sure. But! I have kids who need to eat snacks and parents who need to drink wine. As long as the truck don't move... nobody get hurt.

Got a much softer ride going over rough bumps. The rear seems not to bounce like before.

Redid my roof rack wind deflector. Looks a little more professional now. Aluminum instead of plastic. I think all the humidity we've been getting messed with the painting. Couldn't get any consistency and this was after 4 coats I think?

Can you please post some more details? I was looking at using marine HDPE to make a wind deflector just behind my sunroof for my Milwaukee packout boxes. What problems did you encounter with the plastic?
